1991 - Paneuro Company, the first company of Paneuro Group, is set under the name of Cora Trade, as a private capital investment (1.667 USD).
The main activity developed at the beginning comprised retail sale of spare parts for imported vehicles and repair workshop in the Tg. Mures outlet. Number of employees: 16.
1992 - Paneuro Company begins to enlarge its activity.The registered capital raises to 16.667 USD, the spare parts outlet and workshop improve the range of products and services offered, with the aim of expending the business, first steps are taken in organizing the regional distribution network.
1993 Paneuro Company becomes a reliable partner for the area supplied. Preparation for enlarging the activity by opening outlets in area of immediate interest.Investments in these new locations direct and sustainable partnerships with spare parts producers are laid.
1994 First specialization between the companies of the Group:
Setting up of Paneuro Trading outlets in Timisoara and Alesd Paneuro Company S.R.L raises its share capital 200 mil ROL (149.334 USD) Paneuro trading S.R.L. is set up on 03.03.1994, private capital investment Share capitale: 21,5 mil. ROL (20.000 USD) Development of the national distribution network.
1995 Paneuro trading SRL name becomes a guarantee of a successful cooperation.
Setting sale representation in Romania for some of them.
Paneuro Trading S.R.L raises its share capital to 920,0 mil. ROL (636.690 USD) Share capital of Paneuro Group 1,2 bill ROL (825.095 USD)
Paneuro Trading is included for the first time in the National Top of Medium and Middle Sized companies and becomes Member o the Mures Chamber of Commerce
Setting up the first Paneuro Trading shop in Bucharest
1996 - Important year in the Group's history Paneuro becomes a leader in its field of activity.
First participation as exhibitor in automotive shows - Bucharest Auto Show- Romania
Beginning of the yearly-organized participation's at specialized automotive fairs: Frankfurt, Turin.
New standards for company representation, image and standards
1997 Setting up and strengthening the national distribution network which provides 24 hours daily delivery. Opening 2 new outlets in Bucharest and Iasi, opening of regional warehouses enlargement of transport network, first annual business meetings between Paneuro Trading clients.
Members of the Association of Automotive Manufacturers and Importers (APIA).
Paneuro Trading wins the RALLEYE MANNESMANN SACHS; series continued in the following years.
Suppliers certify the partnership level.
1998Position on the market strengthens in the Southern area of the country by opening Bucharest branch - Titulescu, the 4 Bucharest locations (automotive spare parts and accessories shop, shop for automotive repair workshop equipment, warehouse and offices) represent standard elements in the Romanian business environment as to promptness, quality, diversity of the products and services and image standard.
Paneuro Trading, INC - is set up in SUA, Miami, Florida, on 21.01.1998 - a private capital investment, a Paneuro Trading SRL subsidiary dealing with: import / export and sale of automotive spare parts and other services: cooperation with the local automotive industry. Share capital - 7.400 USD
Paneuro Group sets up new profit centers:
- trade and distribution of workshop equipment's and apparatus;
- trade and distribution of Mercedes autovehicles;
- trade and distribution of Citroen autovehicles;
- automotive engine rebuilding services;

2002 - the new social headquarters of Paneuro Trading moves in Bucharest, in Marriott- the Grand Offices.
The distribution in the country is done through its own network of warehouses, shops and dealers.
The Paneuro shop- network numbers 11 locations: Bucharest (4 shops), Targu-Mures, Alesti, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Timisoara, Bacau, Constanta.
The greatest show-room of motor scooters in Romania and South- Eastern Europe is being opened by PANEURO TRADING in Bucharest, Unirii square.
The company extends its activity field with the import and distribution of spare parts for lorries, industrial and agricultural vehicles.
