Who we are
S.C. Paneuro International SRL is a component of Paneuro Group.
The company was set up in 09.12.1994, with the initial name Talida Trade SRL and having as main activity the trading with the imported vehicles and spare parts.
From the setting up moment, the company covered 3 stages of development, as follow:
1. Until 31.03.1999 when the activity of importing spare parts and service equipment developed;
2. Starting 01.04.1999 the activity of the company reshapes into 6 profit centers:
- selling service equipment;
- selling Mercedes vehicles;
- selling Citroen vehicles;
- domestic and international transport;
- civil engineering;
- workshop for reshuffling engines.
The activity follows this course until 02.05.2000 when Paneuro International divides by transforming these 6 centers in 6 companies, each of them being a distinct legal entity:
SC MUSS SRL - activity of selling service equipment
SC ALIAT SRL- activity of selling Mercedes vehicles and auto service
SC ATU SRL- activity of selling Citroen vehicles
SC Novator SRL- activity of civil engineering
SC ARMA SRL - workshop for reshuffling car engines
3. Since 03.05.2000 each of the 6 companies develops its activity independently and efficiently. One of these companies still keeps the initial name and has as activity the domestic and international transport
At the beginning the registered capital was of 69 mil lei. By 31.08.2000 it increased to 11.130 mil lei.
